WOD For A Hero - Funds Raised for Soldier On

By James Blumer

Military servicemen and women along with first responders risk their lives each day for the service of their community, whether it be the neighborhood or the nation. These professionals are known to struggle with mental health problems throughout their career and well into retirement from their past job. These men and women need support to know they are not alone in their struggles, and to effectively aid a safe y transition back into a normal, functioning and healthy life. Without ongoing support and donations, this invaluable organisation wouldn't be able to provide these essential services to veterans and their families.

The purpose of this challenge will be to complete one Hero WOD per day, each having a significance on the particular day in an effort to raise $600 to provide support for three psychological service appointments for ex-servicemen/women who are doing it tough.
