I am entering the ANZAC Day Challenge as part of my training for doing the Kakoda Track for the 75th anniversary.
The Australia armed forces have fought and died for Australia and while lest we forget those that won't ever return, we can forget those that have returned and now need help as they live with the flow-on effects of putting their lives as risk. So through the ANZAC Challenge I am raising money for 'Soldier On' that work with returned service men and women.
Soldier On’s mission is to achieve the best reintegrated generation of serving and ex-serving men and women in Australia’s history. To achieve this, Soldier On supports those who have served by focusing on their physical and mental health, their family, their community, and their future.
